2019 Outdoor: Finished the 1500 meters in 4:10.59 at the NJAC Championships… Ran a personal record 4:06.57 in the 1500 meters at the Widener Invitational… Came in third with a time of 2:03.01 in the 800 meters at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction… Received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention
2018-19 Indoor: Ran the mile in 4:40.04 and was on the distance medley relay that finished in 11:11.59 at the Moravian College Meet
2018 Outdoor: Finished 12th (16:14.56) in the 5000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
2017-18 Indoor: Ran on the winning distance medley relay (10:39.96) for All-Conference first team honors at the NJAC Championships… Had a season best time of 4:37.21 in the one mile at the Ramapo Season Opener
