2019-20 Indoor: Received All-America honors as a member of the distance medley relay… Qualified for the NCAA Championships on the distance medley relay with a time of 10:06.06… Earned USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region on the distance medley relay… Received NJAC All-Conference honorable mention in the 500 meters… Finished third (1:06.92) in the 500 meters at the conference championships

2019 Outdoor: Ran on the 11th place 4x400 meter relay (3:15.81) at the NCAA Championships… Qualified for nationals on the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:14.28, which was second at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Earned NJAC All-Conference first team on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:23.55) at the conference championships… Came in third (50.22) in the 400 meters at the conference championships for All-Conference honorable mention… Ran a personal record 48.99 in the 400 meters for second place at the Danny Curran Invitational and finished the 200 meters in 22.73, which was a career best…  Was on the first place 4x400 meter relay at the Widener Invitational (3:18.18), Coach Pollard Invite (3:17.87) and Oscar Moore Invitational (3:42.26)… Had a time of 49.35 in the 400 meters at the UCF Knights Invite… Received All-Atlantic Region on the 4x400 meter relay and All-Academic honors from the USTFCCCA… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete… Received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention

2018-19 Indoor: Ran a season best of 49.94 in the 400 meters (49.94) for third place at the Fastrack National Invite… Came in fifth (1:07.36) in the 500 meters at the NJAC Championships… Was on the second place (3:21.28) 4x400 meter relay at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Took first (3:22.92) on the 4x400 meter relay at the Ithaca College Bomber Invitational… Earned USTFCCCA Atlantic All-Region on the 4x400 meter relay

2018 Outdoor: Ran on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:14.45) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships … Came in sixth (50.15) in the 400 meters at the NJAC Championships… Had a top time of 49.65 in the 400 meters at the Coach P Invitational… placed 14th (49.70) in the 400 meters at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier… Competed on the distance medley relay (10:10.04) at the Penn Relays… Was a member of the first place 4x400 meter relay (3:17.06) at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
