2020 Outdoor: Inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society… Received New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Academic honorable mention... Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction

2019-20 Indoor: Earned NJAC All-Conference second team on the second place distance medley relay (10:44.79) at the conference championships… Finished seventh with a time of 51.07 in the 400 meters at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet

2018 Outdoor: Was on the 4x400 meter relay that finished fifth (3:11.47) at the NCAA Division III Championships for All-America honors… Ran on the winning 4x400 meter relay at the All-Atlantic Region Championships (3:14.45) and the NJAC Championships (3:17.23)… Earned All-Conference first team honors as a member of the 4x400 meter relay and garnered honorable mention in the 400 meters with a third place (49.20) at the conference meet… Had a season best 49.02 in the 400 meters for sixth place at the region championships… Competed on the 4x400 meter relay (3:13.05) at the Penn Relays… Was a member of the 4x400 meter relays that won at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier (3:17.06) and Oscar Moore Invitational (3:17.57)… Named the NJAC Rookie of the Week twice

2017-18 Indoor: Ran on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:18.40) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Was part of the first place distance medley relay (10:39.96) at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference first team honors… Competed on the 4x400 meter relay during the prelims at the NCAA Division III Championships and earned All-America honors… Came in second (1:07.69) in the 500 meters at the John Covert Classic… Had a top time of 51.08 for sixth place in the 400 meters at the Ramapo Season Opener… Recorded a season best time of 1:07.09 and placed fourth in the 500 meters at Fast Times Before Finals… Was a member of the winning 4x400 meter relay at the Lehigh Season Opener (3:24.67), Fast Times Before Finals (3:28.16), Ramapo Season Opener (3:21.28), John Covert Classic (3:25.17), Bomber Invitational (3:20.82) and Fastrack Last Chance Invitational (3:21.94)… Earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Region honors as a member of the 4x400 meter relay
