2020 Outdoor: Received New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Academic honorable mention... Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete... Chosen to the U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic Team

2019-20 Indoor: Earned USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region in the high jump… Won the high jump with a school record 5’ 5.75” (1.67 m) at the NJAC Championships and earned All-Conference first team honors… Chosen the conference’s Rookie of the Year… Finished fourth in the triple jump with 36’ 5.75” (11.12 m) at the conference championships… Had a sixth place (5’ 3”, 1.60 m) in the high jump at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Came in fourth in the high jump (5’ 0.5”, 1.54 m) and triple jump (36’ 2”, 11.02 m) at the Coach I Open… Selected the NJAC Rookie of the Week two times

2019 Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA Championships on the 4x400 meter relay… Finished with a time of 3:50.48 in the 4x400 meter relay prelims at nationals and advanced to the final… Earned NJAC All-Conference first team on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:55.98) at the conference championships… Ran on the first place (3:51.79) 4x400 meter relay at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Was on the 4x400 meter relay that was second (3:48.28)… Came in fifth in the triple jump (35’ 1.25”, 10.70 m) and seventh (5’ 0.5”, 1.54 m) in the high jump at the conference championships… Had first places on the 4x100 meter relay at the Oscar Moore Invitational (48.25) and Danny Curran Invitational (48.78)

2018 Outdoor: Earned All-Conference first team honors as part of the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:55.98), took fifth in the triple jump with a season best 35’ 1.25” (10.70 m), came in sixth in the 400 meters with a top time of 59.57, was seventh (5’ 0.5”, 1.54 m) in the high jump and finished 12th (26.72) in the 200 meters at the NJAC Championships… Was a member of the first place 4x400 meter relay (3:51.79) at the All-Atlantic Region Conference Championships… Ran on the 4x400 meter relay that took ninth (3:50.48) in the prelims at the NCAA Division III Championships… Competed on the 4x200 (1:42.62) and 4x400 (3:58.69) meter relays at the Penn Relays… Was on the 4x100 meter relay that won at the Danny Curran Invitational (48.78) and the Oscar Moore Invitational (48.25)… Garnered All-Region honors in the 4x400 meter relay from the USTFCCCA… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete... 2017 Outdoor: Ran on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:57.81) for All-Conference first team honors, Came in fourth in the 400 meters (59.51) and triple jump (35’ 0.5”, 10.68 m) and had a season best leap of 15’ 7” (4.75 m) in the long jump at the NJAC Championships… Ran a top time of 58.62 in the 400 meters and had a season best height of 5’ 1” (1.55 m) at the Lions’ Invitational… Finished third with a top distance of 37’ 1.25” (11.31 m) in the triple jump at the Oneonta Final Qualifier… Had a third place (4’ 11.5”, 1.51 m) in the high jump at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Received All-Region honors as a member of the 4x400 meter relay from the USTFCCCA… Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
