2019-20 Indoor: Earned U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association All-Atlantic Region in the weight throw… Won the weight throw with 53’ 3.5” (16.24 m), which was a school and conference record at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships… Took second place (40’ 11.75”, 12.49 m) in the shot put at the conference championships… Selected the NJAC Field Athlete of the Week one time

2019 Outdoor: Finished fourth (114’, 34.75 m) in the discus and fifth (37’ 7.75”, 11.47 m) in the shot put at the NJAC Championships… Threw the shot put 39’ 7.25” (12.07 m) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Had a personal record 117’ 3” (35.74 m) in the discus at the Lions Invitational… Tossed the hammer 91’ 2” (27.79), which was a personal record at the PLNU Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2018-19 Indoor: took second (40’ 3.25”, 12.27 m) in the shot put at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference second team honors… Earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Atlantic Region in the shot put… Recorded a throw of 41’ 5” (12.62 m) for second place in the shot put at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational… Produced a season best in the weight throw (30’ 11”, 9.42 m) at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals 

High School/Personal: Participated in track & field at Randolph High School... Majoring in sociology
