2020 Outdoor: Inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society… Received New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Academic honorable mention... Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction… Selected a team captain

2019-20 Indoor: Earned NJAC All-Conference first team in the mile and second team in the 3000 meters… Ran a winning time of 5:16.22 in the mile and 10:51.06 in the 3000 meters for second place at the conference championships… Recorded a personal record of 10:14.58 in the 3000 meters at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet… Came in third (10:16.42) in the 3000 meters at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Ran the mile in 5:15.35 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational… Named a team captain

2019 Outdoor: Came in second (4:50.02) in the 1500 meters at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference second team honors… Finished seventh in the 800 meters (2:27.02) and 5000 meters (18:49.38) at the conference championships… Took sixth (4:48.12) in the 1500 meters at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Had a second place in the 800 meters with a personal record 2:19.41 at the Coach Pollard Invite… Ran a personal record 4:43.78 in the 1500 meters at the Larry Ellis Invitational… Finished the 5000 meters in 18:03.40, which was a personal record at the Sam Howell Invitational… Received All-Academic from the U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction… Received New Jersey Athletic Conference All-Academic honorable mention

2018-19 Indoor: Had a season best 2:20.60 in the 800 meters at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational… Came in sixth in the 800 meters (2:23.25), 3000 meters (10:50.76) and mile (5:15.32) at the NJAC Championships… Was on the third place distance medley relay (11:59.04) and took ninth place in the mile (5:14.04) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Earned All-Atlantic Region on the distance medley from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association 
 
2018 Outdoor: Came in third (4:54.13) in the 1500 meters for All-Conference honorable mention and was sixth (2:24.83) in the 800 meters at the NJAC Championships… Recorded a top time of 4:49.25 in the 1500 meters for fifth place at the Lehigh Games… Took fifth (4:56.81) in the 1500 meters and was sixth in the 800 meters with a season best 2:24.28 at the Coach P Invitational… Was on the second place 4x800 meter relay (10:10.17) and finished fourth (2:26.07) in the 800 meters at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2017-18 Indoor: Finished sixth in the one mile with a season best 5:16.14, took eighth (2:26.10) in the 800 meters and was 12th (11:31.78) in the 3000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Came in first (5:35.61) in the one mile at the St. Joseph’s Winter Invitational… Had a third place (5:31.44) in the one mile at the Diplomat Open… Ran a top time of 2:25.16 in the 800 meters at the Fastrack National Invitational 

High School/Personal: Graduated from Pitman High School... Majoring in translational biomedical sciences
