2020 Outdoor: Named a team captain

2019-20 Indoor: Finished second with a time of 7.87 in the 60 meter dash at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships… Earned All-Conference second team… Ran on the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:44.39) for All-Conference first team honors… Had a season best 26.64 in the 200 meters at the Fastrack National Invite… Selected the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week one time… Was part of the first place 4x200 meter relay (1:44.13) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Finished the 60 meter dash in 7.90 and 200 meters in 26.64 at the Fastrack National Invite… Named a team captain

2019 Outdoor: Earned All-America on the fifth place 4x100 meter relay (46.85) at the NCAA Championships… Qualified for nationals in the 100 meter dash and was ninth (12.11)… Ran a personal record 11.97 in the 100 meter dash national prelims… Was the conference champion in the 100 (12.30) and on the 4x100 meter relay (48.00) at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference first team honors… Had a second place (25.88) in the 200 meters and was a member of the All-Conference second team… Ran on the winning 4x100 meter relay (47.64) and was third (12.19) in the 100 meter dash at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Was part of the first place 4x100 meter relay at the Widener Invitational (47.40)… Won the 100 meter dash (12.75) and was first on the 4x100 meter relay (50.64) at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Received All-Atlantic Region from the U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA)

2018-19 Indoor: Earned third place (7.96) in the 60 meters at the Armory Last Chance Meet… Finished fourth (26.31) in the 200 meters, took first in the 60 meters with a season best 7.86 and was on the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:43.07) for All-Conference first team honors at the NJAC Championships… Finished fourth (8.03) in the 60 meters and ran on the 4x200 meter relay that took first (1:46.45) at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational… Was third (8.12) in the 60 meters at the Moravian College Meet… Finished fifth (7.96) in the 60 meters at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals… Came in third (8.03) in the 60 meters and fifth (27.41) in the 200 meters at the Diplomat Open… Was a member of the first place (1:44.67) 4x200 relay team at the All-Atlantic Region Championships 

2018 Outdoor: Earned All-America honors as a member of the seventh place 4x100 meter relay (47.28) and finished ninth (12.38) in the 100 meters at the NCAA Division III Championships… Won the 100 meters (12.06), took first in the 200 meters with a season best 25.12 and was on the winning 4x100 meter relay (47.58) for All-Conference first team honors at the NJAC Championships… Ran a school record 11.95 in the prelims and took first (12.00) in the 100 meters and was seventh (25.44) in the 200 meters at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Competed on the sprint medley relay that posted a school record 4:06.84 and the 4x200 meter relay (1:42.62) at the Penn Relays… Was the winner in the 100 meters at the Danny Curran Invitational (12.47), Oscar Moore Invitational (12.62) and Widener Invitational (12.27)… Was part of the winning 4x100 meter relay at the Danny Curran Invitational (48.78), Oscar Moore Invitational (48.25), Coach P Invitational (47.62) and Widener Invitational (48.34)… Named the NJAC Outstanding Track Athlete… Garnered All-Region accolades in the 100 meters and 4x100 meter relay from the USTFCCCA… Was a six-time NJAC Rookie of the Week selection… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2017-18 Indoor: Won the 60 meters with a season best time of 7.77 and was on the first place 4x200 meter relay (1:42.61) for All-Conference first team honors and finished sixth in the 200 meters with a top time of 26.75 at the NJAC Championships… Came in first (7.79) in the 60 meters at the All-Atlantic Region Conference Championships… Had a second place (8.02) in the 60 meters at the John Covert Classic… Was part of the third place 4x200 meter relay (1:46.90) and placed sixth (7.90) in the 60 meters at the Bomber Invitational… Earned All-Region honors in the 60 meters from the USTFCCCA

Previous School: Ran at Division II American International College in 2016-17… Posted season-best times in the 60 (8.04) and 200 (26.78) meters at the Northeast-10 Indoor Championships… Had a top time of 1:04.79 in the 400 meters
