2020 Outdoor: Received New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Academic honorable mention... Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction

2019-20 Indoor: Ran a personal record of 5:18.08 in the mile at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Finished fourth (11:08.61) in the 3000 meters and sixth (5:23.87) in the mile at the NJAC Championships… Had a time of 5:20.99 in the mile at the Fastrack National Invite… Was part of the third place distance medley relay (12:37.82) at the region championships

2019 Outdoor: Took second place (11:44.88) in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference second team honors… Finished sixth (18:45.15) in the 5000 meters at the conference championships… Came in second (10:53.12) in the steeplechase at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Had a third place (12:09.85) in the steeplechase at the Coach Pollard Invite… Was fifth (11:54.17) in the steeplechase at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Ran the 1500 meters in 5:10.65 at the Carol & John Covert Classic

2018-19 Indoor: Placed seventh (3:10.93) in the 1000 meters and ran on the 4x800 meter relay team that finished fifth (10:05.61) at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals… Ran a top time of 5:25.19 in the mile at the Fastrack National Invite… Took seventh place (10:50.82) in the 3000 meters at the NJAC Championships… Was part of the second place distance medley relay (12:54.23) for All-Conference second team at the conference championships
