2019 Outdoor: Took fifth place (10:17.82) in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships… Came in third in the steeple chase with a personal record 10:08.65 at the Coach Pollard Invite… Ran personal records in the 1500 meters (4:24.68) at the Oscar Moore Invitational and 5000 meters (15:45.92) at the Widener Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2018-19 Indoor: Was a member of the third place (10:49.47) distance medley relay at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships and earned All-Conference honorable mention… Had a time of 4:38.12 in the mile at the Fastrack National Invite… Ran the 5000 meters in 16:39.07 at the Moravian College Meet
