2018-19 Indoor: Ran the 3000 meters in 8:40.11 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational… Won the 5000 meters with a time of 15:18.24 at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference first team honors… took first (15:17.52) in the 5000 meters at the Ithaca College Bomber Invitational… Had a third place (8:48.48) in the 3000 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup

2018 Outdoor: Finished third (9:49.35) in the 3000 meter steeplechase for All-Conference honorable mention at the NJAC Championships… Came in third (9:39.43) in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Won the 3000 meter steeplechase with a season best of 9:38.75 at the Widener Invitational… Ran a top time of 4:04.01 in the 1500 meters at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete... Received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention

2017-18 Indoor: Came in second (15:29.63) in the 5000 meters at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference second team honors… Took fourth in the 3000 meters with a season best 8:44.57 at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Ran a top time of 4:24.31 in the one mile at the Fastrack National Invitational 

2017 Outdoor: Posted a season best time of 15:40.11 in the 5000 meters at the Danny Curran Invitational… Finished fourth (15:41.01) in the 5000 meters at the Hopkins Invitational… Ran a top time of 4:06.98 in the 1500 meters at the Lions Invitational… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2016-17 Indoor: Came in sixth with a top time of 9:02.13 in the 3000 meters at the NJAC Championships... Was fourth with a season best time of 4:30.48 in the one mile at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational... Captured fourth place (9:02.87) in the 3000 meters at the Ramapo Season Opener
