2019 Outdoor: Took third (14.40) in the 110 hurdles for All-America at the NCAA Championships… Finished 12th (41.50) on the 4x100 meter relay at the national championships… Won the 110 hurdles (14.37) and was on the winning 4x100 meter relay (42.01) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships for All-Conference first team honors… Chosen the Thomas M. Gerrity Co-Most Outstanding Athlete at the conference championships… Came in first in the 110 hurdles (14.39) and 4x100 meter relay (41.41) at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… At the region championships, time of 14.28 in the 110 hurdles prelims was a personal record… Recorded a personal record 54.09 in the 400 meter hurdles for second and won the 110 hurdles (14.30) at the UCF Knights Invite… Had first places in the 110 hurdles (15.10), 4x100 meter relay (41.78) and 4x200 meter relay (1:31.09) at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Received All-Atlantic Region in the 110 and 400 meter hurdles and on the 4x100 meter relay… Selected the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week two times… Named a team captain

2018-19 Indoor: Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 60 meter hurdles… Had a time of 8.37 in the prelims at nationals… Took second (8.25) at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference second team honors… Was a member of the All-Conference first team 4x200 meter relay that finished first (1:27.69) at the conference championships… Ran 7.28 in the 60 meters at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals and was on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:26.53)… Won the 60 meter hurdles in 8.35 at the Moravian College Meet… Earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Atlantic All-Region in the 60 meter hurdles… Selected a team captain

2018 Outdoor: Was part of the fourth place 4x200 meter relay (1:26.94) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational 
  
2017-18 Indoor: Ran on the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:28.27) for All-Conference first team honors and received All-Conference honorable mention with a third place (8.58) in the 60 meter hurdles at the NJAC Championships… Finished third (8.30) in the 60 meter hurdles at the All-Atlantic Region Championships… Was part of the first place 4x200 meter relay (1:29.57) and ran a season best 23.18 in the 200 meters at the Bomber Invitational… Had a top time of 8.28 in the 60 meter hurdles prelims at the conference meet

Previous School: Transferred from Rowan College at Gloucester County… Finished sixth in the 110 meter hurdles at the 2017 NJCAA Outdoor Championships
