2017 Outdoor: finished first (5,767 points) in the decathlon at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 6-7) for All-Conference first team honors… won the decathlon with a season best score of 5,864 points at the Morgan State Legacy Meet (Apr. 21-22)… named the NJAC Rookie of the Year… chosen the NJAC Rookie of the Week twice… selected the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Metro Rookie of the Week and Field Athlete of the Week one time apiece… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2016-17 Indoor: broke the school record in the heptathlon with 4,682 points for third place at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 3-4)... totaled 4,480 points in the heptathlon at the Bomber Invitational (Feb. 4-5)... came in eighth (8.69) in the 60 meter hurdles at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational (Feb. 25)... was sixth (6', 1.83 m) in the high jump at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 20)... took fourth (8.84) in the 60 meter hurdles at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (Feb. 11)... had a fourth place (6' 2.75", 1.90 m) in the high jump at the John Covert Classic (Jan. 28)... a two-time NJAC Rookie of the Week selection... named the ECAC Metro Rookie of the Week one time

HS: earned All-America honors in the decathlon and was the Group 3 state champion in the 110-meter hurdles at Mainland Regional High School
