2016 Outdoor: won the 3000 meter steeplechase with at time of 9:16.54 at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 7-8) and earned All-Conference first team honors… took second (9:17.17) in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships (May 17-18)… finished first (3:59.12) in the 1500 meter run at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Apr. 1)… named to the U.S. Track & Field And Cross Country Coaches Association All-Region team in the steeplechase
 
2015-16 Indoor: member of the 4x800 meter relay team that won (8:05.70) the NJAC Championship (Feb. 22) and received All-Conference first team honors… finished fourth (4:17.33) in the mile run and eighth (2:00.17) in the 800 meter run at the NJAC Championships… ran on the distance medley relay team that took first (10:03.46) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 4-5)… had a third place (4:17.77) in the mile at the ECAC Championships… came in first (4:25.46) in the mile run at the McElligot Invitational (Jan. 30)… earned NJAC Track Athlete of the Week honors once
 
2015 Outdoor: finished 10^th (9:13.38) in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 21-23)… won the 3000 meter steeplechase at the ECAC Championships (9:11.24) (May 14-15) and the NJAC Championships (9:23.94) (May 2-3)… earned NJAC All-Conference first team honors… came in first (1:53.91) in the 800 meter run at the Lions’ Invitational (Apr. 24-25)… took second (1:54.28) in the 800 meter run at the NJAC Championships and received All-Conference second team recognition… was a member of the 4x800 meter relay that captured the CTC Championship (Apr. 18) with a time of 8:06.34… had a second place (4:01.63) in the 1500 meter run at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational (Apr. 11)… was named NJAC Track Athlete of the Week once… received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
 
2015 Indoor: had a second place (4:22.71) in the one mile run and finished eighth (1:56.78) in the 800 meters at the Ramapo College Indoor Select (Feb. 7)… was a member of the 4x800 meter relay that finished second (7:56.83) for All-Conference second team honors, ran a season best 4:18.96 and finished fourth in the one mile run and captured sixth place (1:57.82) in the 800 meters at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 26)… posted a top time of 1:55.70 for third place in the 800 meters and came in 15^th (4:30.14) in the one mile run at the UCS Invitational (Feb. 21)… was eighth (1:57.12) in the 800 meters at the Tufts Final Qualifying Meet (Mar. 6)… ran the 3000 meters in 8:54.60 at the Tiger Open (Jan. 24)… named the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week one time
