2015 Outdoor: ran on the 4x400 meter relay that finished seventh (3:51.93) and earned All-America honors at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 21-23)… was a member of the 4x100 meter relay that qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships…  won the 4x400 meter relays at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships (3:52.40) (May 14-15) and the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (3:48.70) (May 1-2)… earned NJAC All-Conference first team honors… finished first (3:49.84) in the 4x400 meter relay and second (58.36) in the 400 meter dash at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Apr. 18)
 
2015 Indoor: a member of the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:57.41) and took fifth (1:01.57) in the 400 meters at the Molloy College Lions Invitational (Feb. 13)… had a sixth place in the 400 meters with a top time of 1:00.76 and was seventh (16’ 5.5”, 5.02 meters) in the long jump at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 26)… was on the fourth place 4x400 meter relay (3:56.94) and placed eighth in the 400 meters with a time of 1:00.80 at the UCS Invitational (Feb. 21)… ran a season best 1:19.80 in the 500 meters at the Armory Invitational (Jan. 30-31)… part of the 4x400 meter relay that placed fourth (4:01.99), had a ninth place in the long jump with a best distance of 16’ 8” (5.08 meters) and completed the 800 meters in 2:27.89 at the Ramapo College Indoor Select (Feb. 7)… a member of the third place 4x400 meter relay (4:01.18) at the New Year’s Invitational (Dec. 7) and the distance medley relay (12:07.18) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 6-7)… was on the 4x400 meter relay that finished fifth (4:00.92) at the Tiger Open (Jan. 24)
 
2014 Outdoor: had season bests in the 400 meters (59.02) and the long jump (16’ 0.75”, 4.90 meters) and was on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:52.96) that earned All-Conference first team honors at the NJAC Championships (May 4)… ran the 800 meters in 2:23.61 at the Tuppeny Twilight (May 12)… was on the fourth place 4x400 meter relay that ran a school record time of 3:44.60 for All-America honors at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 24)… a member of the first place 4x800 meter relay (9:31.22) and the fifth place 4x400 meter relay (3:53.77) at the ECAC Championships (May 16)… part of the 4x400 meter relay that finished third (3:55.53) at the Penn Relays (Apr. 25)
 
2014 Indoor: garnered All-Conference first team honors in the 400 meters (58.38) and as a member of the 4x800 meter relay (9:37.94) with winning times at the NJAC Championships (Mar. 1)… ran a season best 2:23.95 in the 800 meters at the Lafayette-Rider Winter Games (Feb. 14)… posted a top time (8.29) in the 60 meters at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 23)… produced a top mark of 16’ 5.25” (5.01 meters) in the long jump at the conference championships… part of the 4x400 meter relay that took first (4:08.11) at the Bow-Tie Classic (Dec. 7)
 
2013 Outdoor: came in fifth place in the 200 meters (26.02) at the NJAC Championships (May 23)… finished fourth in the 400 meters (58.59) at the Lions Invitational (Apr. 26)
 
2013 Indoor: ran the opening leg of the first place 4x400 meter (3:56.90) relay and placed third in the 400 meters (59.45) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22) for All-Conference first team and honorable mention, respectively… a member of the winning 4,000 meter distance medley relay (12:00.74) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 1)… won the 4x400 meter relay (3:55.18) at the New York University Fastrack Challenge (Feb. 15)
 
2012 Outdoor: member of the second place (3:57.07) 4x400 meter relay and third place (49.14) 4x100 meter relay at the NJAC Championships (May 5)… earned All-Conference second team (4x400 meter relay) and honorable mention (4x100 meter relay) honors… ran on the distance medley relay that set a school record (12:00.85) at the Penn Relays (Apr. 26)… finished the 100 meters in 14.05 at the Swarthmore College Last Chance Meet (May 14)… had season bests in the 200 (26.50) and 400 (59.67) meters at the conference championships and the University of Pennsylvania Invitational (Apr. 7) respectively… recorded a season best in the long jump with 16’ 2.50” (4.94 meters) against Georgian Court University (Apr. 12)
 
2012 Indoor: earned All-America as a member of the seventh place (11:55.14) distance medley relay at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships… ran on the winning distance medley relay that set a school record time (11:49.15) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 2)… earned NJAC All-Conference honorable mention on the 4x200 meter relay that took third place (1:47.47) at the conference championships (Feb. 24)… season bests in the 60 meters (8.44) and 200 meters (27.38) came at the Collegiate Track Conference Championships (Feb. 11)… at the NJAC Championships, had a time of 1:00.43 in the 400 meters and 15’ 5.75” (4.72 meters) in the long jump
 
HS: attended Hillside High School… won the indoor sectional championship in the 400 meter dash as a senior
