2015 Outdoor: earned All-America honors after an eighth place (1:02.68) finish in the 400 meter hurdles at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 21-23)… was a member of the 4x400 meter relay that came in seventh (3:51.93) for All-America recognition… ran on the 4x400 meter relay that took first (3:52.40) and the 4x800 meter relay that came in second (9:18.14) at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships (May 14-15)… won the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championship (May 2-3) in the 400 meter hurdles (1:01.49), the 400 meter dash (56.57) and as a member of the 4x400 (3:48.70) and 4x100 (47.76) meter relays… was named to the NJAC All-Conference first team in all four events… finished first (1:03.42) in the 400 meter hurdles at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Apr. 18)… had a fourth place (1:03.38) in the 400 meter hurdles at the Wake Forest Open (Apr. 20-21)… received NJAC Outstanding Track Athlete honors… earned Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-District II honors… an NJAC All-Academic honorable mention… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
 
2015 Indoor: was on the first place 4x200 (1:43.08) and 4x400 (3:55.15) meter relays that earned All-Conference first team honors and captured second place in the 800 meters with a school record 2:14.00 for second team distinction at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 26)… part of the winning 4x400 meter relay that ran a school record 3:54.38 at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 6-7)… was on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:57.41) and placed third in the 400 meters (59.94) at the Molloy College Lions Invitational (Feb. 13)… captured third place in the 800 meters at the UCS Invitational (2:18.81) (Feb. 21) and the ECAC Championships (2:15.22)… took fourth in the 500 meters (1:18.81) at the Tiger Open (Jan. 24) and in the 600 meters (1:37.54) at the New Year’s Invitational (Dec. 7)… had a ninth place with a season best 59.20 in the 400 meters at the Ramapo College Indoor Select (Feb. 7)… a member of the third place 4x400 meter relay (4:01.18) at the New Year’s Invitational and distance medley relay (12:07.18) at the ECAC Championships… part of the 4x400 meter relays that took fourth at the Ramapo College Indoor Select (4:01.99) and the UCS Invitational (3:56.94)… was on the 4x400 meter relay that finished fifth (4:00.92) at the Tiger Open… named the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week one time
 
2014 Outdoor: placed second (57.46) in the 400 meters and third (1:03.54) in the 400 meter hurdles at the NJAC Championships (May 4) for All-Conference second team and honorable mention… was on the 4x400 meter relay that finished first (3:52.96) at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference first team honors… won the 400 meter hurdles (1:03.04) and was on the winning 4x800 meter relay (9:31.22) at the ECAC Championships (May 16)… was 10th in the 400 meter hurdles at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 22) with a school record time of 1:01.75, which she also produced at the Tuppeny Twilight (May 12)… had a season best of 2:18.14 in the 800 meters at the Larry Ellis Invitational (Apr. 18)… was a member of the fourth place 4x400 meter relay that ran a University record of 3:44.60 at the NCAA Division III Championships for All-America honors… part of the 4x400 meter relay that placed third (3:55.53) and the sprint medley relay that set the school mark with a time of 4:07.34 at the Penn Relays (Apr. 25)… named NJAC Track Athlete of the Week three times and ECAC Track Athlete of the Week once… inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
 
2014 Indoor: garnered All-Conference first team honors with first place finishes in the 800 meters (2:14.68) and as a member of the 4x800 meter relay (9:37.94) at the NJAC Championships (Mar. 1)… was on the 4x200 meter relay that took second (1:44.06) to earn All-Conference second team distinction… broke the school record in the 800 meters at the conference championships… finished 14th in the 400 meters at the NCAA Division III Championships (Mar. 14) with a season best time of 57.66, which she also produced at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 23)... part of the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:42.60) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 7)… won the 800 meters (2:17.31) at the Lafayette-Rider Winter Games (Feb. 14)… member of the 4x400 meter relay that took first (4:08.11) at the Bow-Tie Classic (Dec. 7)
 
2013 Outdoor: ran the anchor leg of the eighth place 4x400 meter relay (3:48.02) at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 23)… finished 10th in the 400 meter hurdles (1:01.88) at the national championship… a member of the first place 4x400 (3:48.86) and second place 4x800 meter relay (9:10.36) at the ECAC Championships (May 16)…anchored the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:50.18) at the NJAC Championship (May 5) to earn All-Conference first team honors… finished in third in the 400 meters (58.33) and 400 meter hurdles (1:03.78) at the conference meet to receive All-Conference honorable mention… ran a season-best 58.04 in the 400 meters at the Danny Curran Invitational (Mar. 29)… received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete
