2016 Outdoor: won (40’ 2.25”, 12.25 meters) the shot put at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 7-8) and received All-Conference first team recognition… finished first (38’ 1.25”, 11.61 meters) in the shot put at the Collegiate Track Conference Championships (Apr. 1)… posted top mark of 70’ 4.25” (21.44 meters) in the discus at the Emory Invitational (Mar. 18-19)… best throw in the hammer was 84’ 11” (25.88 meters) at the Lions Invitational (Apr. 29-30)
 
2015-16 Indoor: finished second (38’ 1.5”, 11.62 meters) in the shot put and earned All-Conference second honors at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22)… won the shot put competition with a distance of 39’ 1.25” (11.92 meters) at the Ramapo College Season Opener (Jan. 15)… took second (38’ 5.5”, 11.72 meters) at the McElligot Invitational (Jan. 30)… recorded a season best distance of 40’ 7” (12.37 meters) at the NYC Gotham Cup (Jan. 22)
 
2015 Outdoor: finished third in the shot put with a throw of 38’ 2.25” (11.64 meters) at the NJAC Championships and earned All-Conference honorable mention… recorded a season best distance of 39’ 9.25” (12.12 meters) for first place at the Oscar Moore Open (Apr. 1)… had a top distance of 76’ 6” (23.33 meters) in the discus at the Georgian Court/Lehman Tri-Meet (Apr. 10)... qualified for the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships in the shot put and had a throw of 38’ 6.75” (11.75 meters)
 
2015 Indoor: captured the title in the shot put with a throw of 39’ 0.25” (11.89 meters) for All-Conference first team honors at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 26)… placed fourth in the shot put with a school record 42’ 8” (13.00 meters) at the New Year’s Invitational (Dec. 7)… took fourth (39’ 1.75”, 11.93 meters) in the shot put at the Ramapo College Indoor Select (Feb. 7)… came in fifth (40’ 2”, 12.24 meters) in the shot put at the UCS Invitational (Feb. 21)… named the NJAC Rookie of the Week three times and the ECAC Metro Rookie of the Week twice
 
HS: attended Pemberton Township High School… earned All-Conference first team and All-South Jersey second team honors… received All-County recognition
