2016 Outdoor: finished first in the heptathlon (3,831 points) and the triple jump (36’ 7”, 11.15 meters) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 7-8) for All-Conference first team recognition… took third in the long jump (17’ 3.75”, 5.28 meters) and the triple jump (34’ 10.5”, 10.63 meters) at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Apr. 1)
 
2015-16 Indoor: won the triple jump with a leap of 37’ 5.25 (11.41 meters) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (Feb. 22)… earned NJAC All-Conference first team recognition … took fourth (16’ 11”, 5.16 meters) in the long jump at the NJAC Championships… came in second in the triple jump at the Molloy College Lions Invitational (Feb. 12) (35’ 3.25, 10.75 meters) and the McElligot Invitational (Jan. 30) (35’ 9.5”, 10.91 meters)
 
2015 Outdoor: finished 18^th (36’ 11.5”, 11.26 meters) in the triple jump at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 21-23)… was the NJAC champion (May 2-3) (38’ 6”, 11.73 meters) in the triple jump and earned All-Conference first team honors… came in second (3853 points) in the heptathlon at the NJAC Championships for All-Conference second team recognition… took third (17’, 5.18 meters) in the long jump at the NJAC Championships and garnered All-Conference honorable mention… came in first (35’ 5.75”, 10.81 meters) in the triple jump at the Oscar Moore Open (Apr. 1)
 
2014-15 Indoor: qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships (Mar. 13-14) in the triple jump and finished 15^th (36’ 7.75”, 11.17 meters)… captured second place (36’ 6.25”, 11.13 meters) in the triple jump for All-Conference second team honors and recorded a top distance of 17’ 0.25” (5.19 meters) in the long jump at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 26)… took sixth place (35’ 6.5”, 10.83 meters) in the triple jump at the Ramapo College Indoor Select (Feb. 7)… jumped a school record 38’ (11.58 meters) for first place in the triple jump, was a member of the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:47.93) and had a time of 28.36 in the 200 meters at the Molloy College Lions Invitational (Feb. 13)… ran a season best 1:03.50 in the 400 meters at the Ramapo College Indoor Select… chosen the NJAC Field Athlete of the Week one time
 
2013 Outdoor: finished 16th in the triple jump (37’ 4”, 11:38 meters) at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 23)… had a distance of 38’ 4” (11.68 meters) for sixth place in the triple jump at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships (May 16)… captured second in the 400 meters (57.83) and triple jump (36’ 0.75”, 10.99 meters) at the NJAC Championships (May 4) to earn All-Conference second team honors… named the NJAC Rookie of the Year… received NJAC Rookie of the Week (Mar. 31)
 
2012-13 Indoor: ran the second leg of the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:56.90) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22) to earn All-Conference first team honors… earned second team honors in the triple jump (36’ 9.5”, 11.21 meters) at the conference meet… took second in the 4x400 meter relay (3:55.66) and seventh in the triple jump (36’ 1.5”, 11.01 meters) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 1)… ran a season best 1:24.25 in the 500 meters at the Thomson Invitational (Jan. 26)… captured eighth in the long jump (16’ 8.25”, 5.09 meters) at the New York University Fastrack Challenge (Feb. 15)
 
HS: a two-sport athlete (basketball, indoor and outdoor track) at Clayton High School… an eight time All-County selection in indoor and outdoor track… holds the Gloucester County record in the triple jump
