2017-18: recorded season bests in the 100 (1:09.58) and 200 (2:32.21) breaststrokes at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 16-18)… swam the 200 individual medley (IM) (2:14.67) at Mets
 
2016-17: competed in the 100 freestyle (57.77), 100 breaststroke (1:11.12) and 200 individual medley (IM) (2:19.41) at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 17-19)… swam the 50 freestyle (28.08), 500 freestyle (6:11.34) and 200 breaststroke (2:47.65)
 
2014-15: swam season best times in the 200 (2:21.25) and 400 (4:58.76) IMs at the Metropolitan Championships (Feb. 20-22)… posted a top time in the 100 (1:08.50) backstroke at the Lions’ Invitational (Dec. 5-7)
 
HS: graduated from Holy Spirit High School… a member of the swimming, lacrosse and crew teams… named to the Cape-Atlantic League first and second teams
