2014 Indoor: took third place in the shot put at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (Mar. 1) with a season best throw of 48’ 4” (14.73 meters) for All-Conference honorable mention… had a top mark of 41’ 2.5” (12.56 meters) in the weight throw for fifth place at the conference championships

2012 Outdoor: took third place in the shot put (45’ 3.75”, 13.81 meters) and discus (141’ 10”, 43.24 meters) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 5) for All-Conference honorable mention in both events… had the team’s top throw in the shot put with a distance of 47’ 11.25” (14.61 meters) at the Widener Invitational (Apr. 21)… produced Rowan’s second furthest toss in the discus with a career best of 143’ 3” (43.67 meters) at the Wake Forest Open (Mar. 17)

2012 Indoor: finished third in the shot put with a throw of 44’ 9.75” (13.66 meters) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 24) for All-Conference honorable mention… recorded a career best of 49’ 5.75” (15.08 meters) at the Thomson Invitational (Jan. 28) and tied for second place… came in fifth (45’ 10”, 13.98 meters) at the Collegiate Track Conference Championships (Feb. 11)… took second place (45’ 5”, 13.84 meters) at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 4)

2011 Outdoor: took third place in the shot put at the NJAC Championships (May 7) with a distance of 46’ 10.25” (14.28 meters) for All-Conference honorable mention… finished fifth in the discus with 132’ 5” (40.36 meters) at the conference championships… produced a season best toss of 137’ 6” (41.92 meters) in the discus at the Lions’ Invitational (Apr. 30)

2011 Indoor: placed second in the shot put at the Thomson Invitational (Jan. 29) with a season best 46’ 4.75” (14.14 meters)… placed second in the shot put at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 5) with a throw of 45’ 1.75” (13.76 meters)

Previous School: transferred from Delaware Valley College

HS: a two-sport athlete (football and track and field) at Eastern Regional High School… earned All-Group IV first team honors in track and field… a two-time All-Conference selection in football and track and field
