2016-17 Indoor: won the 200 meters with a season-best time of 22.88 and placed third (22' 3", 6.78 m) in the long jump at the Lehigh Season Opener (Dec. 2)... ran a top time of 7.22 in the 60 meter dash at the Lehigh Season Opener and NYC Gotham Cup (Jan. 20)... posted a season-best mark of 22' 8.5" (6.92 m) for sixth in the long jump at the Ramapo Season Opener (Jan. 13)... came in eighth (22' 1", 6.73 m) in the long jump at the NYC Gotham Cup... finished sixth (22' 3.75", 6.80 m) in the long jump and was part of the 4x400 meter relay that took ninth (3:36.49) at the John Covert Classic (Jan. 28)... had an eighth place (20' 1.5", 6.13 m) in the long jump at the St. Joseph's Winter Invitational (Feb. 11)... placed fourth in the long jump with a distance of 22' 1.5" (6.74 m) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 20)... took ninth (21' 11.5", 6.69 m) in the long jump at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships (Mar. 3-4)

2016 Outdoor: ran a career best time of 11.09 in the 100 meter dash at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Apr. 1)… member of the 4x100 meter relay team that finished second (42.12) at the CTC Championships… recorded a top time of 22.96 in the 200 meter dash at the CTC Championships… season high leap of 21’ 6” (6.55 meters) in the long jump at the Emory Invitational (Mar. 18-19)
 
2015-16 Indoor: recorded a career best of 7.11 in the 60 meter dash prelims at the Molloy College Lions Invitational (Feb. 12)… had a career high distance of 22’ 7.75” (6.90 meters) in the long jump at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet (Feb. 27)… was a member of the 4x200 meter relay that finished first (1:29.05) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 4-5)… had a top time of 22.44 in the 200 meter dash at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet… won the 200 (22.72) and 60 (7.13) meter dashes at the McElligot Invitational (Jan. 30)… ran on the first place 4x200 meter relay team at the DeSchriver Invitational (Feb. 6) (1:31.93) and the McElligot Invitational (1:31.63)
 
2015 Outdoor: took second in the long jump (22’ 0.75”, 6.72 meters) and as a member of the 4x100 meter relay (42.20) at the NJAC Championships (May 2-3) for All-Conference second team honors… also finished fifth in the triple jump (43’ 1.50”, 13.14 meters) and the 200 meter dash (22.21)… posted a season best mark of 43’ 7” (13.28 meters) in the triple jump at the Wake Forest Open (Mar. 20-21)… a member of the 4x100 meter relay that won (42.16) the CTC Championship… ran on the 4x100 meter relay that came in second (41.68) at the ECAC Championships (May 14-15)
 
2014-15 Indoor: had season bests in the triple jump (43’ 5.25”, 13.24 meters), long jump (21’ 4”, 6.50 meters) and 60 meters (7.15) at the UCS Invitational (Feb. 21)… came in seventh (41’ 9.25”, 12.73 meters) in the triple jump and eighth (20’ 3”, 6.17 meters) in the long jump at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 26)… posted a top time of 23.10 for 10^th place in the 200 meters at the NJAC Championships… was a member of the 4x200 meter relay that came in fifth (1:30.06) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 6-7)
 
2014 Outdoor: took third (43’ 10.5”, 13.37 meters) in the triple jump at the NJAC Championships (May 4) for All-Conference honorable mention… recorded a season best 44’ (13.41 meters) in the triple jump at the Tuppeny Twilight (May 12) for sixth place… finished seventh (41’ 5.75”, 12.64 meters) in the triple jump and was on the 4x100 meter relay that took third with a top time of 43.29 at the CTC Championships (Apr. 19)… posted a season best of 11.32 in the 100 meters for third place at the tri-meet against Georgian Court University and Lehman College (Apr. 11)
 
HS: a graduate of North Plainfield High School… received All-Area first team honors in the triple jump and All-Conference first team honors in the 100 meters
