2014 Indoor: had the team’s top time in the 60 meters (7.15) at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 23)… ran a team-best 22.27 in the 200 meters at the Columbia Last Chance Qualifier (Mar. 8)… part of the team’s top 4x400 meter relay that took third (3:28.20) at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 23)… was on the 4x200 meter relay that finished fifth (1:31.03) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (Mar. 1)
 
2013 Outdoor: placed ninth at the NCAA Championships (May 23) as a member of the 4x400 meter relay (3:16.62)… ran a top time of 10.75 in the 100 meters at the NJAC Championships (May 5) to earn All-Conference first team honors… was the anchor of the winning 4x100 meter relay (41.62) at the NJAC Championships and ran the third leg for the first place 4x400 meter relay  (3:15.20)… earned the top time in the 200 meters (21.57) at the conference meet… at the College Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Apr. 20), had a winning time in the 100 meters (11.29) and ran the third leg of the first place 4x100 meter relay (3:22.47)… finished 21st as a member of both the 4x400 (41.46) and 4x400 (3:14.18) meter relays at the Penn Relays (Apr. 26)… named the NJAC Runner of the Week (Apr. 21)
 
2013 Indoor: won the 200 meters in 21.98 to earn All-Conference first team honors and received All-Conference honorable mention in the 4x400 meter relay after finishing third (3:23.61) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22)… at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships, placed fifth as a member of the 4x400 meter relay (3:20.24)… produced a season best time of 50.21 in the 400 meters at the New York University Fastrack Challenge (Feb. 15)
 
2012 Outdoor: ran the third leg of the national championship 4x400 meter relay (3:10.56) at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 26)… took fourth in the 200 meters (21.304) at the national championships for All-America honors… named the NJAC Outstanding Male Track Athlete… earned NJAC All-Conference first team honors by winning the 200 meters (22.04) and on the first place 4x100 (41.63) and 4x400 (3:17.29) meter relays at the conference championships (May 5)… posted a career best of 49.00 in the 400 meters at the Wake Forest Open (Mar. 16)… set a new school record with 21.18 in the prelims of the 200 meters at the NCAA Championships (May 24)… on the first place 4x400 meter relay at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet (May 14) (3:12.94), ECAC Championships (May 17) (3:14.73), Penn Relays (Apr. 27) (3:15.62) and University of Pennsylvania Invitational (Apr. 7) (3:15.90)… selected the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week (May 6)
 
2012 Indoor: was on the third place All-America 4x400 meter relay that ran 3:19.20 at the NCAA Division III Championships (Mar. 9)… ran third on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:18.55) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 24)… finished second (22.26) in the 200 meters at the conference championships… received NJAC All-Conference first (4x400 meter relay) and second (200 meters) team honors… was the third leg of the 4x400 meter relay that took second (3:16.34) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 2)… had season bests in the 200 (22.26) and 400 (51.78) meters at NJAC Championships and NYC Gotham Cup (Jan. 13) respectively

2011 Outdoor: ran the third leg on Rowan’s national championship 4x400 meter relay (3:11.45) at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 28) to earn All-America honors… produced the Profs’ second fastest time (55.03) in the 400 meter hurdles at the Wake Forest Open (Mar. 19)… a member of the top 4x200 meter relay (1:29.68) at the Penn Relays (Apr. 29)… posted a season best time of 51.62 in the 400 meters at the Rowan Open (Apr. 8)… had a top time of 2:04.56 in the 800 meters at the University of Pennsylvania Invitational (Apr. 2)… part of the first place 4x400 meter relay (3:15.14) at the NJAC Championships (May 7) for All-Conference first team honors
 
2011 Indoor: was on the winning 4x400 meter relay (3:26.93) at the CTC Championships (Feb. 12)… was on the winning 4x200 (1:30.66) and 4x400 (3:22.28) meter relays at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 20)… at the CTC Championships (Feb. 12) was on the second place 4x200 meter relay (1:33.46)… posted a season best 51.95 in the 400 meters at the Armory Collegiate Challenge (Feb. 25)… a member of the 4x200 and 4x400 meter relays named to the NJAC All-Conference First Team
