2012: participated in six races… a team captain… finished 13th (27:11) at the Salisbury Fall Classic (Sept. 3)… took 24th with a career best time of 25:52 in the UMass Darmouth Invitational Varsity race (Sept. 15)… came in 19th (27:09) in the white race at the Lehigh University Paul Short Run (Sept. 28)… placed eighth (26:01.81) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (Oct. 27) to earn All-Conference second team honors… crossed the finish line in 26:17.2 for 34th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (Nov. 10)… received United States Track and Field and Cross Country Association All-Region honors… a one-time NJAC Runner of the Week selection… received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention... a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2011: competed in six meets… took 10th place at the NJAC Championships (Oct. 29) with a season best time of 26:35.63 for All-Conference second team honors… finished 12th at the Collegiate Track Conference Championships (Oct. 15) with a time of 27:20.48… came in 90th place (27:09.7) at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional (Nov. 12)… received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2010: ran in four races… took 14th place at the NJAC Championships (Oct. 30) with a season best time of 26:39.22 for All-Conference second team honors… finished 25th at the Sea Gull Opener (Sept. 4) with a time of 27:34… received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2009: scored points for the Profs in six out of eight meets… placed 29th at the NJAC Championships (Oct. 31) with a time of 28:50.52 (8K)… finished with a season best of 27:21 (8K) at the Paul Short Invitational (Oct. 2)
