2014 Outdoor: won the 100 meter hurdles (14.74) and long jump (18’ 1.25”, 5.52 meters) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 4) for All-Conference first team honors… named the NJAC Most Outstanding Female Athlete… was fourth in the 400 meter hurdles at the NJAC Championships with a season best time of 1:04.38… took third (18’ 9.25”, 5.72 meters) in the long jump, fifth (14.60) in the 100 meter hurdles and was on the fifth place 4x400 meter relay (3:53.77) at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships (May 16)… earned All-America honors in the long jump with an eighth place (18’ 2.5”, 5.55 meters) at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 22)… part of the fourth place 4x400 meter relay that ran a school record time of 3:44.60 and was 11th (14.40) in the 100 meter hurdles at the NCAA Division III Championships… a member of the winning 4x100 (49.07) and 4x400 (3:52.96) meter relays at the NJAC Championships… was on the third place 4x400 meter relay (3:55.53) and the sprint medley relay that ran a University best 4:07.34 at the Penn Relays (Apr. 25)… chosen the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week one time
 
2014 Indoor: garnered All-Conference first team honors with first place finishes in the 60 meter hurdles (9.01), long jump (18’ 1”, 5.51 meters) and as a member of the 4x400 meter relay (3:56.62) at the NJAC Championships (Mar. 1)… broke the school records in the 60 meter hurdles (8.78) and long jump (18’ 1.75”, 5.53 meters) at the NCAA Division III Championships (Mar. 14)  and finished in sixth place to earn All-America honors in both events… part of the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:42.60) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 7)… posted season best times in the 60 (8.42) and 200 (27.12) meters at the Lafayette-Rider Winter Games (Feb. 14)… member of the 4x400 meter relay that took first (4:08.11) at the Bow-Tie Classic (Dec. 7)… won the 60 meter hurdles (9.11) at the Bow-Tie Classic… named the NJAC Outstanding Track Athlete
 
2013 Outdoor: ran the second leg of the fourth place 4x100 meter relay (46.99) at the NCAA Division III National Championship (Mar. 25)… took sixth in the 100 meter hurdles (14.67) and 10th in the long jump (5.66 meters) at the national championships… a member of the winning 4x100 meter relay (47.48) at the NJAC Championships (Mar 5) for All-Conference first team honors… placed third at the ECAC Championships (May 17) in the 4x100 meter relay (47.82 meters)… won the 4x100 meter relay (48.03) against Georgian Court University (Apr. 10)… came in fourth in the 100 meter hurdles (14.65) at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier (May 13)… finished second in the long jump (5.30 meters) at the Danny Curran Invitational (Mar. 28)
 
2013 Indoor: anchored the third place 4x200 meter relay (1:42.78) at the ECAC Championship (Mar. 2)… won the 60 meter hurdles (9.10) and 4x200 meter relay (1:42.22) at the NJAC Championship (Feb. 22) for All-Conference first team honors… placed second in the long jump (5.42 meters) at the conference meet to earn NJAC All-Conference second team honors… ran the anchor leg of the winning 4x200 meter relay (1:43.15) at the New York University Fastrack Challenge (Feb. 15)
 
2012 Outdoor: finished ninth (14.78) in the 100 meter hurdles at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 24)… recorded a career best of 14.26 at nationals in the prelims… came in second (14.91) in the 100 meter hurdles at the NJAC Championships (May 5) for All-Conference second team honors… member of the third place (49.14) 4x100 meter relay at the conference championships that received All-Conference honorable mention… finished the 400 meter hurdles in 1:05.69 at the NJAC Championships… season best of 17’ 7” (5.36 meters) in the long jump came at the Widener University Invitational (Apr. 21)
 
2012 Indoor: ran a season best of 9.64 in the 60 meter hurdles and 17’ 0.25” (5.19 meters) in the long jump at the Collegeville Indoor Classic (Jan. 20)… named the NJAC Field Athlete of the Week one time… had a time of 9.66 in the 60 meter hurdles at the conference championships (Feb. 24)
 
2011 Outdoor: posted Rowan’s top time in the 100 meter hurdles with 14.90 at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships (May 20)… took first place in the long jump with 17’ 6.5” (5.34 meters) at the NJAC Championships (May 7) for All-Conference first team honors… a member of the Profs’ fastest 4x100 meter shuttle hurdles relay (1:00.40) at the Penn Relays (Apr. 29)… selected the NJAC Rookie of the Week (Apr. 10)
 
2011 Indoor: received All-America honors after taking eighth place in the 55 meter hurdles (8.33) at the NCAA Division III Championships (Mar. 12)… broke the school record in the 55 meter hurdles with 8.13 in the trials at the national championships… posted a season best of 27.38 in the 200 meters at the conference championships (Feb. 20)… earned NJAC All-Conference first team honors with first place finishes in the 55 meter hurdles (7.73) and in the long jump (17’ 0.25”, 5.19 meters) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 20)… selected the conference’s Co-Rookie of the Year… compiled a time of 8.85 in the 60 meter hurdles at the Armory Collegiate Challenge (Feb. 25)… had a top distance of 17’ 10.5” (5.45 meters) in the long jump at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 4)… a four-time NJAC Rookie of the Week
