2012 Outdoor: earned NJAC All-Conference second team honors in the 800 meters with a second place finish (1:56.45) at the conference championships (May 5)… ran the team’s fastest time and a career best in the 800 meters (1:53.37) at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet (May 14)… produced the Profs’ top time and a career best in the 1500 meters with 3:57.75 at the Hopkins/Loyola Invitational (Apr. 14)… received NJAC All-Academic honorable mention… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2012 Indoor: had the team’s best times in the 800 (1:58.59) and 1000 (2:32.51) at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 18) and Thomson Invitational (Jan. 28) respectively… his time of 2:32.51 in the 1000 meters was a career best… won the one mile with a career time of 4:18.27 at the CTC Championships (Feb. 11)… at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 24), finished third in the one mile (4:19.21) and received All-Conference honorable mention… anchored the NJAC All-Conference second team 4x800 meter relay (8:04.86)… named the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week (Jan. 22)… ran on the 4x800 meter relay that took first place (8:14.83) at the Collegiate Track Conference Championships (Feb. 11)

2011 Outdoor: produced a season best of 3:59.74 in the 1500 meters at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet (May 14)… ran the Profs’ top time of the year in the 800 meters (1:58.83) at the NJAC Championships (May 7)… earned NJAC All-Academic honorable mention… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2011 Indoor: took third in the 800 meters (1:58.25) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 20) for All-Conference honorable mention… a member of the third place (8:21.71) 4x800 meter relay at the conference championships for All-Conference honorable mention… ran a season best time of 4:22.64 in the one mile at the Armory Collegiate Challenge (Feb. 25)

2010 Outdoor: recorded a season best of 3:59.97 in the 1500 meters at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet (May 10)… in the 5000 meters, had a time of 16:10.55 at the Lions’ Invitational (Apr. 24)… ran a time of 4:01.44 in the 1500 meters at the Eastern College Athletic Conference Championships (May 13)… at the conference championships (May 8) came in fifth in the 1500 meters (4:11.06)… member of the 4x800 meter relay that took third place in 8:14.94 at the Penn Invitational (Apr. 3)
