2012 Outdoor: won the 5000 meters with a season best of 17:40.01 at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 5) for All-Conference first team honors… top time in the 1500 meters (4:48.05) came at the Lions’ Invitational (Apr. 27)… ran the 800 (2:27.15) and 1500 (4:50.92) meters at the Navy Invitational (Mar. 24)… at the conference championships, finished the 1500 meters in 4:49.93… had a time of 4:55.78 in the 1500 meters at the Swarthmore College Last Chance Meet (May 14)

2012 Indoor: ran season bests in the 800 meters (2:35.34) and one mile (5:15.15) at the Collegeville Indoor Classic (Jan. 20) and New Balance Invitational (Feb. 3) respectively… came in eighth (18:00.63) in the 5000 meters at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships… top time in the 3000 meters was 10:27.88 at the Princeton Invitational (Feb. 18)

2011 Outdoor: finished 12th in the 5000 meters at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 28) with a time of 17:48.85… ran Rowan’s fastest time in the 5000 meters (17:17.06) at the ECAC Championships (May 20)… recorded season best times in the 800 (2:23.05) and 1500 (4:45.23) meters at Georgian Court University (Apr. 20)… member to the Profs’ top 4x800 meter relay (9:53.27) at the Penn Invitational (Apr. 2)… named the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week (May 23)

2010 Outdoor: broke the school marks in the 1500 (4:31.99) and 5000 (16:41.75) meters at the Penn Invitational (Apr. 3) and Larry Ellis Invitational (Apr. 16)… her time in the 1500 meters at the Penn Invitational was a NCAA provisional… the second leg of the University record breaking 4x800 meter relay (9:24.84) at the Penn Invitational… took third place in the 1500 meters (4:51.78) at the NJAC Championships (May 8) for All-Conference honorable mention… named the NJAC Rookie of the Week twice… placed 15th (18:01.55) in the 5000 meters at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 29)

2010 Indoor: set new school records in the one mile (4:56.79) and 5000 meters (17:09.15) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 5)… ran on the 4x800 meter (9:35.31) and distance medley (12:40.75) relays that posted new University marks… came in ninth place (17:14.01) in the 5000 meters at the NCAA Division III Championships (Mar. 13)… won the conference championship in the one mile (5:00.50) to earn NJAC All-Conference first team honors… chosen the NJAC Rookie of the Week four times
