2012 Outdoor: finished third in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a school record time of 10:37.20 at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 24) for All-America honors… member of the distance medley relay that broke the school record with a time of 12:00.85 at the Penn Relays (Apr. 26)… ran on the winning 4x800 meter relay that set the University mark (9:21.39) at the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championships (May 17)… finished second (4:41.52) in the 1500 meters at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships (May 5) for All-Conference second team honors… also received NJAC All-Conference honorable mention with a third place finish (2:19.12) in the 800 meters at the conference championships… recorded career bests in the 800 (2:15.47) and 1500 (4:35.32) meters at ECAC Championships and Swarthmore College Last Chance Meet (May 14) respectively… named the NJAC Runner of the Week twice… received the Dr. Shirley O’Day Athletic Award and NJAC All-Academic honorable mention… selected to the Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-District II first team… named the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Performer of the Year and to the Academic All-Area Team… chosen to the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Division III All-Academic Track & Field Team… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2012 Indoor: ran the first leg of the All-America distance medley relay that finished seventh (11:55.14) at the NCAA Division III Championships… also competed at nationals in the 5000 meters and was ninth (17:35.13)… won the mile run in 5:06.27 at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 24) for All-Conference first team honors… set the school record on the winning distance medley relay (11:49.15) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 2)… during the season was named the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week seven times… career best of 4:58.80 in the one mile came at the ECAC Championships… produced the team’s top times in the 3000 (10:21.89) and 5000 (17:11.97) meters… season best in the 800 meters (2:21.08) was at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Championships (Feb. 11)… member of the school record 4x800 meter relay that won the conference title in 9:26.87

2011 Outdoor: took 16th in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 26) with a time of 10:56.71… ran the Profs’ fastest time in the 3000 meter steeplechase (10:54.06) at the Penn Relays (Apr. 28)… had Rowan’s top times in the 1500 (4:42.38) and 3000 (10:17.02) meters at the Penn Invitational (Apr. 2) and Wake Forest Open (Mar. 19)… produced a time of 2:20.89 in the 800 meters at the Wake Forest Open (Mar. 18)… a member of the team’s fastest 4x800 meter relay (9:53.27) at the Penn Invitational… the anchor of the squad’s top distance medley relay with 12:39.61 at the Wake Forest Open… won the 3000 steeplechase (11:10.79) at the NJAC Championships (May 7) for All-Conference first team honors… named to the NJAC All-Academic second team… selected to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team… selected to the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic Team… a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2011 Indoor: finished 12th in the 5000 meters at the NCAA Division III Championships with 18:01.89… posted the team’s top times in the one mile (5:00.27), 800 (2:22.72), 3000 (10:40.36) and 5000 (17:10.61) meters… the final leg of the Profs’ fastest distance medley relay (12:35.25) at the Armory Collegiate Challenge (Feb. 25)… took second place (5:05.65) in the one mile at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 20) for All-Conference second team honors… received NJAC All-Conference honorable mention as a member of the third place (9:57.23) 4x800 meter relay at the conference championships… chosen the NJAC Track Athlete of the Week (Feb. 28)

2010 Outdoor: won the 3000 meter steeplechase (11:20.48) at the NJAC Championships (May 8) to earn All-Conference first team honors… selected the NJAC Runner of the Week four times… broke the school record with an 11th place finish (10:52.58) in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 28)… set the University mark as part of the 4x800 meter relay (9:24.84) at the Penn Invitational (Apr. 3)… posted season bests in the 800 (2:20.58) and 1500 (4:41.35) meters at the Wake Forest Open (Mar. 19) and ECAC Championships (May 13) respectively… posted a NCAA provisional and career best in the 5000 meters (17:32.60) Larry Ellis Invitational (Apr. 16)

2010 Indoor: the anchor on the Profs’ record holding 4x800 meter (9:35.31) and distance medley (12:40.75) relays… took second place in the one mile (5:04.09) at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22) to collect All-Conference second team honors… recorded a personal best in the one mile (5:02.06) at the ECAC Championships (Mar. 5)… had a season best time of 10:43.25 in the 3000 meters at the Lehigh Covert Classic (Jan. 22)… fastest time in the 5000 meters (17:36.48) came at the ECAC Championships… named the NJAC Runner of the Week (Jan. 17)

2009 Outdoor: captured second place in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a season best time of 11:05.96 at the NJAC Championships (May 2) for All-Conference second team honors… ran a top time of 2:28.29 in the 800 meters at the Lions’ Invitational (Apr. 25)… compiled a season fast time in the 1500 meters (4:52.87) at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet (May 11)… posted a time of 19:31.61 in the 5000 meters  for second place at the Rowan Open (Apr. 10)

2009 Indoor: recorded a season best time of 2:31.87 in the 800 meters at the Lehigh Covert Classic (Jan. 23)… ran the one mile in 5:16.51 at the NYC Gotham Cup (Jan .16)

HS: a three-sport athlete (basketball, cross country and track & field) at Our Lady of Mercy Academy… a team captain in all three sports… a two-time conference champion in cross country, placing third in the state… won the state title in the 3200 meters in 2008… captured the conference championship in the 1600 meters
