2010 Indoor: posted a career best time in the 3000 meters (11:24.95) at the Lehigh Covert Classic (Jan. 22)… had a fourth place time of 5:30.60 in the one mile at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 22)… registered a season best time of 2:30.55 in the 800 meters at the NYC Gotham Cup (Jan. 15)

2009 Outdoor: set season bests in the 800 (2:27.42) and 1500 (4:56.65) meters at the NJAC Championships (May 2)… ran a career best in the 5000 meters (20:05.03) at the Rowan Open (Apr. 10)… ran anchor on the 4x100 (50.91) and 4x400 (4:11.87) meter relays that took third place at the NJAC Championships to earn All-Conference honorable mention

2009 Indoor: compiled a time of 2:26.81 in the 800 meters at the NJAC Championships (Feb. 23)… ran 3:13.94 in the 1000 meters at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 7)… posted a time of 5:26.15 in the one mile at the NYU Fastrack Invitational (Feb. 27)… the anchor on the Profs’ second place 4x800 meter (10:09.98) and distance medley (12:58.22) relays at the conference championship, which collected NJAC All-Conference second team honors

HS: a three-sport athlete (cross country, swimming and track & field) at Haddon Township High School… named the team’s MVP in cross country and track & field
