Sara Wiedeman scored two goals and assisted on two others to help #18 Rowan to a 7-0 season-opening victory over Pratt Saturday afternoon.

Arianna Brown, and rookie
Nina Nocille also tallied for the Profs (1-0) who put up 39 shots on the day.
The six points from Wiedeman are a career high for the senior.
Enya Carthy made her first career start in goal as the sophomore transfer saw two shots in registering the shutout.
Moore's goal came early in the contest, as she was able to put in a cross from
Riayn DiMeo that went under Pratt keeper Savannah DePaz just 2:10 into the contest. Oliveto made it 2-0 in the 12th minute off a helper from Wiedeman. Rowan was the recipient of an own goal from the Pioneers on a failed clearing attempt in the 23rd minute as Rowan led 3-0 at the half.
Brown and Wiedeman scored less than a minute apart early in the second to add to the lead. Later in the half, Wiedeman added her second on the day as her corner kick went off the hands of DePaz in the 71st minute.
Julia Amador set up Nocille in the 84th minute to account for the scoring.
DePaz recorded 11 saves for Pratt (1-1).
Rowan will head to #13 Swarthmore on Wednesday in an early-season matchup of two top 20 teams.
