PITMAN, NJ -- Colin Patterson, Gabriella Pagano, and Juliana Sieminski were a part of the first New Jersey Athletic Conference weekly awards of the new season.

Patterson was chosen as the NJAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week. Pagano claimed the NJAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week and Sieminski was named the NJAC Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week.

This past Saturday, Patterson (men) and Pagano (women) each won its respective races at the season-opening Salisbury Fall Classic. Patterson ran his fastest time on an 8k course (25:14.70) as the men's squad placed third overall.

Pagano conquered the 6k course in a time of 21:25.10 while Sieminski was 16th (22:57.90) to help the women's team to a second-place finish.

Both the men's and women's teams get back at it on Saturday, September 20th at the Osprey Open hosted by Stockton.
