CHESTER, PA -- The Rowan Men's Track & Field Team participated at the Danny Curran Invitational hosted by Widener over the weekend, turning in some early top 10 marks in Division III. There was no team scoring at the meet.
FINAL RESULTS
Defending NCAA 110 meter Champion
Kwaku Nkrumah opened the outdoor season running a 14.17 to claim first place and post an early Division III Top 5 mark.
Michael Lawrence was fifth with a new PR time of 14.89.
The 4x100 relay of
Shamar Love,
Dominic George,
Robert McKinney, and
Evan Corcoran posted the top time in Division III (40.80).
Joshua Cason took first in the 5000 meters with a PR and top 5 DIII time of 14:30.66, crushing his old mark by over 24 seconds.
Rookie
Noah Wampole was first in the high jump (1.98 meters).
Josh Caudill was sixth in the shot (14.59 meters), setting an outdoor PR.
Miles Voenell (30:47.89) and
Matthew Conway (30:51.22) both set PR's in the 10,000 meters.
