GLASSBORO, NJ -- Rowan improved to 5-0 in New Jersey Athletic Conference play as the Profs posted a 2-0 win over Stockton on Senior Night Wednesday evening.

Prior to the game, the team and coaching staff honored the nine seniors along with their respective families in a pregame ceremony: Burke, Clement,

Jillian Jankowski,
Meghan Kryjer,
Simone Pacetti, and
Frankie Ryan.

The Profs (10-0-2, 5-0 NJAC) struck in the 39th minute when Giordano picked up a blocked shot off the foot of Pacetti in the box and was able to get a touch to slip it by Stockton goalie Morgan Keil for her team-leading 12th goal this season.
After compiling seven shots in the first half, Rowan had three in the second including Clement's 11th goal in the 68th minute.
Lianna SanFelice hit a streaking
Sara Wiedeman down the right flank where her one-touch cross to the front of the net found Clement to give the home team a 2-0 lead.
Burke ended the night with one save. Keil recorded three stops for the Ospreys (7-5-2, 2-2-1 NJAC).
Rowan now turns its attention to Saturday, where the Profs will welcome Montclair State in a NJAC tilt beginning at 5 p.m.
