PURCHASE, NY -- Rowan blanked Manhattanville, 3-0, on Tuesday in non-conference action. Olivia Giordano had a goal and an assist while goalie Calista Burke made her second-straight shutout.

Mackenzie Clement scored for the second game in a row while Jillian Jankowski notched her first on the year.

After Giordano's tally in the 29th minute gave the Profs a one-goal lead at halftime, Jankowski made it 2-0 just three minutes into the second. Clement capped the scoring in the 64th minute off an assist from Giordano.

Burke recorded four saves to earn the clean sheet. Valiant keeper Macey Girard made 12 stops.

Rowan (2-0) is back at on Friday when the team heads to Farmingdale State for the Rams Classic. On Friday, the Profs take on the host Rams at 4 p.m. followed by a matchup against Western Connecticut State on Sunday at 1 p.m.
