MAHWAH, NJ – #3 Rowan Track & Field had two first place finishes as the Profs lead the team scoring after the first day of the 2023 New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships hosted by Ramapo College.
Nana Agyemang claimed first in the long jump (7.12 meters) while
Greg Poloso had the top mark in the javelin (66.88 meters).
The Profs totaled 90 points on Saturday, 44 ahead of second-place TCNJ, and 51 in front of Montclair State in third.

Edgar Rosa (60.44 meters) was second and
Kevin Armstrong (59.13) claimed third behind Poloso in the javelin

Eric Byrne (4.15) finished second, third, and fourth respectively in the pole vault
- In the 3000 meter steeplechase,
Brandon Jarrett (9:45.04) was second and
Caleb Clevenger with a PR time (9:54.70) was third

Noah Cziryak (32:43.09) competed in the 10k, finishing third, fourth, and fifth
In preliminary events:
- The Profs had five qualify for the 110 meter hurdle final;
