Zach Grace scattered six hits and
Jason Morgan went 3-for-5 with three RBI to help #23 Rowan to a 12-3 win over SUNY Brockport in the NCAA Ambler (PA) Regional at Skip Wilson Field hosted by Arcadia.

In the day's first game, Susquehanna upset #21 Arcadia, 14-9. The host Knights will now face SUNY Brockport (28-17) tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. in an elimination game while Rowan (31-13) will play Susquehanna at noon. The winner of the morning game will face the loser of the Rowan-Susquehanna game at 3:30 p.m.
Grace went 8.1 innings and struck out five to up his record to 7-0 on the season.
Morgan had a single, double and triple, scored three runs and drove in three runs on the day as the Profs totaled 16 hits.
Ryan Murphy also had three hits and had two RBI while
Anthony Schooley also went 3-for-5 and scored three runs.
The Profs opened the game with a four-run first inning, when
Phil Sedalis doubled to center field and scored on a single by Schooley.
Ryan Murphy got on board with a single and Morgan hit a two-run double to bring in Schooley and Murphy, with
Pat Defeciani adding a double that allowed Morgan to score.
Brockport got one back in the second after Justin Pangburn singled in Patrick Bigh.
Rowan added another run in the third after Maria doubled, advanced when Murphy reached on an error, and scored on a ground out by Morgan.
Brockport threatened in the sixth, scoring one on a single by Bigh, but missed the chance for a second when Murphy threw out Zach Eldred at the plate. The Profs upped the score to 6-2 in the bottom of the inning as Defeciani singled in Morgan, who had doubled.
The Profs put the game out of reach in the seventh with four runs as Schooley led off with a double, and with one out, Maria sent one over the centerfield fence, for his team-best 13th homer of the season. Morgan followed with a triple and after Defeciani drew a walk, eventually scored on a single by
Brian Gallante. Defeciani moved to third on a passed ball and scored on a ground out by
Chris Curcio to give Rowan a 10-2 lead.
Rowan wasn't finished in the eighth as Murphy connected on a two-out triple to drive in Schooley, who had singled. Murphy then scored on a passed ball to extend the Profs' lead to 12-2.
Brockport made a last-ditch effort in the ninth as Pangburn doubled to score Ryan Voight but
Christian Bascunan entered the contest for Grace and secured the win.
