#3 Men's Track & Field Captures AARTFC Championship for Second Year in a Row

SELINSGROVE, PA -- For the second year in a row, the #3 Men's Track & Field team captured the All Atlantic Region Track & Field Championship as the Profs totaled 97 points, 49 ahead of second place Carnegie Mellon. Along with the team title, the Profs turned in a new program mark.

The meet was hosted by Susquehanna.

Saturday's events were highlighted by Evan Corcoran, who hit a season-best time in the 200 meters (21.68).

Friday 's action was highlighted by the 4x100 relay who broke the school record for the second meet in a row and second time this week. Shamar Love, Jah'mere Beasley, Corcoran, and Nana Agyemang hit 40.37 to climb into the #2 Division III time this year, shaving off of 40.71 set in Monday's last chance meet at Widener.

Corcoran eclipsed his best time in the 100 meters (10.63) where he finished first and set a facility record.

Ian Bain hit his season-best throw of the outdoor season in the discus (47.73 meters).

Rowan will find out the selections to the Division III Championships, as the NCAA will release the participants tomorrow at ncaa.com.
