Men's Indoor Track & Field Wraps Up Competition At Bomber Invitational

ITHACA, NY – The Rowan University men's track & field team wrapped up competition at the Bomber Invitational on Sunday. Ithaca College was the host for the two-day meet.
 
Airrion Scott (fr. Trenton, NJ/Ewing) came in seventh overall in the heptathlon with 4,113 points, while Joseph Coyle (fr. Wildwood, NJ/Wildwood Catholic) took 18th with 2,791 points. Scott tied for first in the high jump, clearing 6' 5.50" (1.97 m), placed second in the 60 meters (7.41) and claimed third in the long jump, leaping 20' 7" (6.27 m). Coyle's best placement was in the 1000 meters, as he finished fifth with a time of 2:50.88. 
 
The Profs head to the David Hemery Valentine Invitational at Boston University on Saturday, Feb. 9, starting at 10:30 a.m.
