FROSTBURG, MD – The Rowan University football will have a tough task at hand on Saturday, Sept. 22, as it travels to No. 6 Frostburg State University for its third New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) game on the season. 
 
This is the 12th meeting between Rowan and Frostburg State. The Profs hold a 7-4 advantage in the series, but the Bobcats prevailed by a 24-10 score last year. 
 
The Profs' defense shined in the 22-6 win over William Paterson University, as it gathered three turnovers on two fumbles and one interception. Rowan capitalized on all of its drives following each turnover, with two field goals and a touchdown. The Brown and Gold will look for another solid defensive performance to help lead Rowan to its fourth straight win.
