Box Score GLASSBORO, NJ  – The Rowan University field hockey team defeated Wesley College, 5-0 on Wednesday night.
 
Forward Bridget Boyle (fr. Medford, NJ/Shawnee) scored two goals.  Midfielder Jacqui Rosati (so. Haddon Heights, NJ/Paul VI) contributed with one goal and one assist.  Midfielder Nikki Kotelnicki (so. Columbus, NJ/Northern Burlington County Reg.) and back Abbie Tucker (jr. Voorhees, NJ/Eastern Reg.) each produced one goal.  Back Julie Johnson (fr. Mount Ephraim, NJ/Audubon) and midfielder Courtney Aquino (sr. Hammonton, NJ/Hammonton) added one assist apiece.
 
The Profs have an 8-2 record with an eight game win streak.  The Wolverines drop to 1-9 on the season.  Rowan goalie Carly DeMarco (jr. Gloucester City, NJ/Gloucester City) had two saves in 55:06.  Goalie Morgan Novak (fr. Jackson, NJ/Jackson Mem.) played the remainder of the game.  For Wesley, goalies Makenzie McIntyre (fr. Princess Anne, MD/Washington), Bridget Wood (fr. Newark, DE/Bohemia Manor) and Sydney Stump (so. Milford, DE/Milford) combined for six saves.
 
Boyle started the scoring at 1:05 when she deflected Johnson's shot from inside the top of the circle. Rosati hit the cage (23:41) with a high shot that went under the crossbar.  Boyle's second score was a one-timer in front of the cage with a pass from Aquino on the right side.  Tucker's goal came on a penalty corner (55:06) by Rosati.  Three minutes later, Kotelnicki knocked in her rebound for the final tally.
