Box Score GLASSBORO, NJ – The Rowan University women's soccer team battled to a scoreless tie after two overtimes against Kean University on Wednesday night.
 
The Profs are 4-1-1 overall and the Cougars have a 4-3-1 record.  It was the first New Jersey Athletic Conference game for both teams. 
 
Rowan goalkeeper Courtney Simpson (fr. Marlton, NJ/Cherokee) had five saves and Kean goalie KC Nunez (sr. Fair Lawn, NJ/Immaculate Heart Academy) stopped three shots.  The Cougars edged the Profs in total shots, 11-10. 
 
Next, Rowan travels to Rutgers-Newark on Saturday, Sept. 26 for a 7:30 p.m. conference game.
