Box Score GLASSBORO, NJ – The Rowan University women's soccer team defeated The College of New Jersey, 2-1 in overtime to win the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championship on Friday evening.
The Profs (13-2-2) receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament. The national tournament bracket will be announced on Monday, Nov. 9 at 1 p.m. with a selection show on NCAA.com.

Shelby Money (fr. Vineland, NJ/Vineland) made six saves. For the Lions, goalie Jessica Weeder (sr. Lebanon, NJ/North Huntingdon) stopped two shots.
Rowan was the top seed in the tournament while TCNJ (12-3-4) was the second seed. In the conference semifinals, the Profs had a 1-0 win over the fifth seed Stockton University. The Lions defeated number six Rutgers-Newark, 5-0. Both teams received a bye in the first round.
This was the Profs' 13th straight appearance in the conference tournament. Rowan won the NJAC Championship Tournament in 2008 and was the second seed. The Profs were seeded first in the conference tournament in 2011 and 2009.
