Game Notes

GLASSBORO, NJ - #13/14 Rowan University hits the road for the second straight week to face conference opponent Salisbury University. The Profs defeated Christopher Newport University, 14-9 (Oct. 3). The Sea Gulls' contest at The College of New Jersey was cancelled due to Hurricane Joaquin. Salisbury won 91-7 over Southern Virginia University (Sept. 26).

The Series
Today marks the 23rd time that Rowan and Salisbury will face each other. The Profs hold a 13-8-1 advantage. The teams played every year from 1973-1993. The last meeting came in the first round of the 2012 NCAA Division III Championship Tournament. Salisbury came away with a 17-9 home victory.
