Box Score COLLEGEVILLE, PA – Forward Melissa Kelly scored the winning goal for the Rowan University women's soccer team in a 2-1 victory over Ursinus College on Wednesday night.
 
Kelly (fr. Parsippany, NJ/DePaul Catholic) produced the game-winner at 82:16 on a pass from forward Erika Suhl (sr. Brick, NJ/Brick Mem.).  The Profs improve to 3-2 on the season while the Bears drop to 1-3 overall.
 
After a scoreless first half, midfielder Victoria Camera (sr. Hamilton, NJ/Hamilton W.) put Rowan on the scoreboard at 45:36.  Suhl registered the assist.  Midfielder Jeannie Jasinski (so. Sellersville, PA/Pennridge) tied the score (78:49) with a low shot just inside the right post. 
 
The Profs totaled 22 shots and Ursinus had 11.  Rowan goalkeeper Carleigh Trivino (so. Caldwell, NJ/Caldwell) made three saves.  For the Bears, goalie Courtney Sullivan (so. Maple Glen, PA/Gwynedd Mercy Academy) turned away 11 shots.
 
Rowan hosts Swarthmore College in the home opener on Saturday, September 13 at 5 p.m.
