SWARTHMORE, PA – The Rowan University men’s and women’s track and field teams had individuals competing at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet on Monday night.

For the women, Tiffany Chamberlain (fr. Burlington, NJ/Burlington Twp.) came in fourth in the 400 meter hurdles (1:03.60). Jena Peacock (so. Williamstown, NJ/Our Lady of Mercy Academy) was the lone athlete in the 3000 meter steeplechase. She had a time of 11:01.43.

Sylvia Mosley (so. Pleasantville, NJ/Pleasantville) had a 10th place (26.98) in the 200 meters. Christina Huynh (fr. Lake Hiawatha, NJ/Parisppany) was 12th (1:00.98) in the 400 meters.

On the men’s side, Kevin Gauntt (sr. Marlton, NJ/Seneca) took fifth place in the 110 meter hurdles (15.09). Gauntt finished 10th in the 400 meter hurdles (57.58) and Benjamin Bradley (jr. Morris Plains, NJ/Parsippany Hills) was 13th (59.27). Brandon Taylor (fr. Woodstown, NJ/Woodstown) had a sixth place in the 100 meter dash (11.14) and he was 11th (22.85) in the 200 meters.

This week, Rowan will travel to Springfield College for the ECAC Championships on Thursday and Friday, May 13 and 14.
