SWARTHMORE, PA – The Rowan University men’s and women’s track and field teams ended the regular season at the Swarthmore College Last Chance Meet on Tuesday evening.

Kevin Gauntt (so. Delanco, NJ/Seneca) won the 110 meter hurdles in 15.03. Sean Biehn (so. Edgewater Park, NJ/Burlington City) took second place in the javelin with a throw of 185’ 4” (56.50 meters). Tim Cook (jr. Glassboro, NJ/Glassboro) had a fourth place in the high jump. Cook jumped 6’ 4” (1.93 meters).

Nick Tyson (sr. Mt. Laurel, NJ/Lenape) finished 10th in the pole vault with a height of 13’ 5.25” (4.10 meters). Dan Ratty (jr. Tenafly, NJ/Tenafly) was 25th in the 5,000 meters (16:08.88) and Mike Rivera (jr. Old Tappan, NJ/Northern Valley) came in 27th in the 1,500 meters (4:06.02).

For the women, Dannielle Warren (jr. Woodbury, NJ/Woodbury) took fourth in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:06.31. Warren had a fifth place in the long jump with 17’ 0.75” (5.20 meters). In the 3,000 meter steeplechase, Laura O’Mara (so. Haddonfield, NJ/Haddon Twp.) was third in 13:26.85. Angela Patane (jr. Monroeville, NJ/Delsea Reg.) was 12th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 20:17.95. In the 800 meters, Allison Catenacci (fr. Mullica Hill, NJ/Kingsway Reg.) came in 21st (2:21.50).
