GLASSBORO, NJ – Forward Todd Klienstuber scored the game-winner to give Rutgers-Camden a 1-0 win over Rowan University in a New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) game on Wednesday.

Rutgers-Camden advances to the NJAC Championship Tournament. The Scarlet Raptors will host a first round game on Saturday, November 1. Rutgers-Camden is 15-3-1 overall and 5-2-1 in the conference. Rowan finishes the season with a 7-9-3 record and a 1-7-1 NJAC mark.

After a scoreless first half, Kleinstuber (fr. Washington Twp., NJ/Washington Twp.) dribbled in front of the Profs’ goal and fired a shot into the back of the net at 72:16 in the second period. Rutgers-Camden out shot Rowan, 15-8. Goalkeeper Charlie Cunliffe (so. Lakewood, NJ/Lakewood) made seven saves for the Profs. Goalie Tim VanLiew (fr. Deptford, NJ/Deptford) stopped two shots in the Scarlet Raptors’ net.
