Bowser Takes 13th In The High Jump At The NCAA Championships

OSHKOSH, WI – Tim Bowser tied for 13th place in the high jump at the NCAA Division III Track and Field Championships at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh on Friday.
 
Bowser (sr. Millville, NJ/Millville) recorded a height of 6’4.75” (1.95 meters).  Ted McMillan of Augustana College (IL) won the competition with 6’9” (2.06 meters). This was Bowser’s third appearance at the NCAA Championships. In 2005, he tied for fourth place with 6’9” (2.06 meters) for All-American. Last year, Bowser was injured during warm-ups at the national championships. 
 
Aaron Braxton (so. Swedesboro, NJ/Kingsway Reg.) finished fourth in the discus with a throw of 157’11” (48.13 meters) for All-America. He will also compete in the shot put on Saturday, May 26 at 1 p.m.
