GLASSBORO, NJ – Midfielder Ryen Garrison scored two goals to lead Rowan University to a 7-0 win over Lincoln University on Monday.

Garrison (sr. Elmer, NJ/Cumberland Reg.) put Rowan on the scoreboard at 6:21 and found the net again at 15:27. Also scoring for the Profs were forwards Matt Flynn (so. Mullica Hill, NJ/Clearview Reg.) and Sean Docherty (jr. Brick, NJ/Brick Mem.), backs Andrew Bergman (sr. Cherry Hill, NJ/Cherry Hill W.) and Tom Gannon (jr. Toms River, NJ/Monsignor Donovan) and midfielder Andrew Machado (fr. Raritan, NJ/Bridgewater-Raritan). Forward Robert McMullen (sr. Barrington, NJ/Northern Burlington) assisted on four goals. Forwards Dwayne Reevey (sr. Fair Haven, NJ/Rumson-Fair Haven), Sean Goldsworthy (jr. Hackettstown, NJ/West Morris Central), back Ethan Buttner (fr. Hackettstown, NJ/Hackettstown), Docherty and Gannon each added one assist.

Rowan outshot Lincoln, 27-8. Goalie Anthony Clemente (sr. Kendall Park, NJ/South Brunswick) stopped three shots in 76:36 and Brian Lloyd (sr. Swainton, NJ/Middle Twp.) made two saves in the final 13:24. Goalie Kyle Wanamaker (sr. Philadelphia, PA/Masterman) turned away 10 shots for the Lions.

Rowan (6-2) hosts conference opponent Rutgers-Camden on Wednesday, September 20 at 7 p.m. Lincoln (2-2) travels to Valley Forge Christian College on Friday, September 22 at 4 p.m.
