Gillooly (jr. Cherry Hill, NJ/Cherry Hill E.) took first place in three individual events in the men’s swimming & diving team’s 161-139 win at The College of New Jersey.  He was the winner in the 100 (51.21) and 200 (1:51.97) backstrokes and the 50 free (21.23).
 
Gillooly led off the 200 medley relay that came in second with a time of 1:33.05.  With the win, Rowan captured its fourth straight New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championship and 17th overall.
 
He was named the NJAC Swimmer of the Week for the fourth time this season. Gillooly has the team’s top times in the 50 (20.43), 100 (45.35) and 200 (1:41.50) freestyles and 100 (49.16) and 200 (1:48.11) backstrokes.  His times in the 100 free and 100 and 200 backstrokes are NCAA B cuts.
