Gillooly (jr. Cherry Hill, NJ/Cherry Hill E.) took first place in three individual events in the men’s swimming & diving team’s 161-139 win at The College of New Jersey.  He was the winner in the 100 (51.21) and 200 (1:51.97) backstrokes and the 50 free (21.23).

Gillooly led off the 200 medley relay that came in second with a time of 1:33.05.  With the win, Rowan captured its fourth straight New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championship and 17^thoverall.

He was named the NJAC Swimmer of the Week for the fourth time this season. Gillooly has the team’s top times in the 50 (20.43), 100 (45.35) and 200 (1:41.50) freestyles and 100 (49.16) and 200 (1:48.11) backstrokes.  His times in the 100 free and 100 and 200 backstrokes are NCAA B cuts.
