Lauer (so. Mount Laurel, NJ/Lenape Valley Reg.) took first place at the Philadelphia Metro Championships.  He captured the individual title with a time of 27:33.8 in the 8K race. There were 121 runners that competed at the championships.
 
Rowan finished first in the team scoring with 20 points among 13 schools. Lauer was selected the New Jersey Athletic Conference Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week.
